Custom solutions
You know the problem. You have the idea. You just need someone who understands transfer pricing and can actually build it. That's us.
But audit readiness depends on what sits underneath.
Standard problems that have solutions
What about these?
This is where audit questions go — and most teams don't have the time to fix it.
We've solved these kinds of problems for multinationals and advisory firms — from the inside.

We listen to your problem or idea. Together, we figure out if it's something we can realistically solve — and what a solution could look like.
We scope the work, define inputs and outputs, and propose how the sprint will run. No surprises.
Two focused weeks: define, build, test, refine, deliver. You get a working, usable solution at the end.
Two weeks. Define, build, test, refine, deliver. The solution can take different forms — a workflow, a tool, or a targeted improvement — built using the right combination of process design, data structure, and AI.

Contained, specific problems — things like building a cost allocation model, creating a margin reconciliation tool, automating parts of your local file process, or structuring a workflow that currently lives in someone's head. If you can describe the problem clearly, we can likely help.
You should have a clear idea of the problem. You don't need to know the solution — that's what the sprint is for. But we work best when the problem is already defined and contained, not when it requires a full process audit.
Yes. Most of our sprints run fully remote. For problems that require access to internal systems or on-site stakeholders, we'll discuss that during the initial conversation.
A working, usable solution — not a slide deck. The exact form depends on the problem: it could be a tool, a structured workflow, an automated process, or a combination.
Pricing depends on the complexity of the problem. We scope it during the assessment step, so you know exactly what you're paying for before we start. No hourly billing surprises.
We'll tell you. If we realize during the initial conversation that the problem is too broad for a two-week sprint, we'll be upfront about it. We'd rather say no than over-promise.
Have a transfer pricing problem or idea that needs building? Start with a conversation — we'll figure out together if a sprint is the right fit.
