What does onboarding take?

Last year's file, its source documents and your template. We set up the template and data; your preparer and reviewer spend a few sessions working the file.

Can we try it before sharing client data?

Yes. You can start on demo data with a complete sample Local File. When you move to real files, projects are invitation-only and your data is never used to train AI models.

Can we keep our own template and house style?

Yes. We rebuild your template's structure in TP/OS and set up your fonts, colours, cover, logo and headers for the Word export.

Why not just use an AI assistant and Word?

AI tools help write a paragraph, but they don't keep your approved facts, sources or review decisions. TP/OS keeps them across every file and carries them into next year.

What does the AI do, and what stays with people?

The AI reads your source files, fills what it can support and answers questions with cited sources. Nothing is saved until a person saves it, and reviewers approve the file.

How do existing AI Benchmarks customers get TP/OS?

TP/OS is a separate product from the same team. Ask your usual ArmsLength contact and we'll scope a trial around your current work.

What determines the price?

The number of groups or clients and Local Files, the countries covered, how much template work is needed and the setup support you choose. We quote after a short scoping call.

Does TP/OS cover Master Files?

Yes. TP/OS supports both Master Files and Local Files. Group information is kept once and used by the Master File and every Local File, so they always tell the same story.
